Latimer, at 5-6 and 135 lbs. should adapt quickly to the speed and caliber of shots at the collegiate level of play.

Goaltender Instructor for the Whitby Wolves program and goalie coach for the Toronto Aeros organization, Sandy Sampson commented:

“Donelle is an exceptionally gifted goalie, and one of the hardest working players I have ever had the honor of coaching. She is constantly striving to improve her level of play, and is a joy to coach. She takes her position very seriously, and her level of technical ability is such that I regularly request her to act as both a coach and demonstrator at my goalie schools. Donelle is a serious student of the position, and in my humble opinion, would be an excellent addition to any school and hockey program.”
