If you have not already signed up for our service please note in order to utilize the new website you will have to visit http://www.cardinalsportsgroup.com/signup.php  . Please click on sign up and fill out the requested information.  Your information will be sent to our head office for approval. Once approved, you will be emailed a username and password to access the database.
